As part of our friendly Housekeeping Team, you’ll help keep Taronga Western Plains Zoo’s award‑winning accommodation and public areas looking their best — all while being surrounded by incredible wildlife every day.
A supportive team of around 25 people who are passionate about what they do
No prior cleaning experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cleaner/Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our accommodation and public spaces are presented to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with a high‑performing team and contribute to the exceptional guest experience Taronga is known for.
Your responsibilities include:
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of accommodation and public areas
Delivering excellent customer service in line with Taronga’s Customer Service Charter
Supporting sustainability initiatives across the zoo
Following Work Health & Safety procedures and reporting any incidents
