\nWe are now looking for an experienced and adaptable Flex-Site Campus Director to provide hands‑on leadership across our Sydney campuses.
About the Role\nAs a Flex-Site Campus Director, you will step into campuses during key periods of operational need. This may include supporting leadership vacancies, leave coverage, periods of transition, compliance uplift, team stabilisation, or preparation for Assessment and Rating.
\nYou will act as Campus Director and, where required, Nominated Supervisor, providing confident day‑to‑day leadership while partnering closely with Operational Leaders, Quality, Education and People teams. Your focus will be to quickly understand each campus environment, build trust with teams and families, and drive practical improvements that create sustainable outcomes.
\nThis is a permanent full‑time role supporting different campuses across Sydney. Placements may vary from short‑term support through to longer engagements, depending on campus needs. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Campus Director who enjoys variety, thrives in complex environments, and wants to make a broader impact across the organisation.
