The role.

• Process outbound sales orders for our ANZ coffee customers
• Provide a high level of customer communication and support
• Communicate order status with customers
• Process credit notes
• Issue return orders and book stock back on
• Email invoices and statements as requested by customers
• Track freight movements and request freight quotes
• Be the point of contact with the warehouse for stock movements
• Set up new customers and update customer details
• Communicate end of month inventory to customers
• Investigate customer complaints regarding deliveries.
