The opportunity\n

We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic candidate to join our impressive and highly regarded team in our Norwest Litigation practice working with partners Sean O'Donnell and George Angelinas. You will work on a wide variety of bespoke, complex and commercially significant disputes, including corporations and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, franchising disputes, ACL claims, property disputes and building and construction disputes. The role offers work on top tier matters and provides you with the opportunity to collaborate with our prominent national client base.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have\n
    \n
  • 5+ years' PAE with experience across commercial disputes and insolvency;
  • \n
  • a desire to work in a lean team environment, with ownership of matters and involvement in setting strategy;
  • \n
  • strategic and critical thinking capability due to engaging in complex disputes;
  • \n
  • a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach;
  • \n
