Responsibilities

• Handle poultry processing tasks like hanging, marinating, bagging, packing, and labelling
• Keep your work area, tools, and machinery clean and up to standard — hygiene matters here
• Stay sharp and focused in a high‑speed environment where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are essential for success
• Be ready to lift, move, and stay active throughout your shift — it’s a solid workout

What You’ll Bring

• Current Australian work rights with no restrictions
• Flexibility to jump into morning, afternoon, night shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive, hands‑on tasks — lifting, moving, and staying active
• No issues working with poultry products — you’ll be up close and personal with the process
• Able to work comfortably in cold, refrigerated conditions
• Previous factory or process experience is a big plus — especially if you’ve worked in production before
• Strong safety mindset — we want workers who follow the rules and look out for their mates
• Your own reliable transport to get to and from the site
