Based across our Newcastle-area sites (Beresfield, Edgeworth, and Warabrook), you’ll train and work towards your motorcycle licence while contributing to daily delivery operations.

As a Postie, you’ll:

• Deliver mail and parcels using electric delivery vehicles or motorcycles
• Be a trusted, friendly face in your local community
• Build valuable skills while shaping a long-term career path

• We guide you through getting your Motorcycle L’s—and reimburse the cost
• Gain experience in walking and e-bike delivery while training
• Be supported by a dedicated Rider Mentor and team
• Clear pathway for career progression, including leadership opportunities
• Inclusive, diverse team environment—everyone encouraged to apply

• Start early (6am), sorting mail and parcels with your team
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks
• Deliver mail and parcels to homes and businesses—rain or shine
• Work flexibly across multiple locations when required
• Continuously learn and grow through mentoring and development

• Full NSW driver’s licence (car)
• Willingness to complete motorcycle licensing (must pass Pre-Learner Course)
• Strong commitment to learning and reliability
• Physical ability to lift up to 16kg regularly
• Ability to meet safe vehicle load requirements (under 100kg fully equipped)
• Availability to work Monday–Friday from 6am (flexible finish times)

• $32.34/hour (first 3 months), increasing to $36.99/hour once fully trained
