  • \n
  • Leading, rostering and developing the support-worker team
  • \n
  • Managing participant relationships – from intake and service agreements through to ongoing reviews and family communication
  • \n
  • Ensuring quality and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, incident reporting, documentation and safeguarding
  • \n
  • Tracking operational performance – billable hours, participant numbers, utilisation and keeping the MD informed of ground-level activity
  • \n
Who We’re Looking For\n
    \n
  • 4+ years in disability services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • \n
  • Proven track record of leading support workers and getting the best out of a team
  • \n
  • Genuine cultural competence, especially with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities
  • \n
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities while prioritising participant safety
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills across participants, families, workers and management
  • \n
  • Accountability, integrity and alignment with our values
  • \n
  • Confidence rostering within the SCHADS Award framework
  • \n
\n

Desirable but not essential:

\n
    \n
  • Tertiary qualification in disability, community services, social work or a related field
  • \n
  • Experience with shift-based rostering in disability or community care
  • \n
  • Experience working in or with NT communities
  • \n
