Role Responsibilities
  • Supervise small group of refill team members
  • Receive and replenish the stock in the store promptly
  • Provide visual merchandising support as stipulated by Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Adhere to OHS policies & procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
  • Support in multiple areas of the business where required
The Ideal Candidate
  • High volume stock receiving or back dock experience - bonus but not essential
  • Must have the ability to lift over 15kg, bend, use ladders, with no restrictions. This is a physical role handling high volumes of stock and pallets
  • Comfortable leading others
  • Hardworking and motivated
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability with clear communication
  • Takes initiative to drive results
  • Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
  • Able to work Monday - Friday roster from 7am - 3pm
