Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation providing hands‑on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland and New South Wales. We’re passionate about education, supporting our students, and building a team that feels more like a family.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Sydney team as a Training Coordinator. If you’re resilient, keen to develop your skills, and confident communicating with people over the phone and in person, this role could be the ideal next step in your professional career in training coordination, education, administration, or business operations.

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go‑to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey.

Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship training
• Scheduling on‑site and in‑house training with employers
• Facilitating apprentice and employer inductions
• Student life‑cycle administration tasks
• Monitoring student progress
• Communicating with students, trainers, and employers

We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude and a strong approach to customer service. You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
