We are seeking a Master Planner to join our expert team of artisans in our Sydney workshop.

• Handcraft exquisite, high‑end jewellery for boutique collections and bespoke commissions.
• Produce high‑precision master patterns for one‑off and production pieces.
• Construct moving and mechanical parts, including clasps and hinges.
• Carry out expert‑level repairs, restorations, and finishing on Paspaley jewellery.
• Apply a range of techniques, including traditional handwork, CAD/CAM, and casting.
• Prepare pearls for setting (full training provided).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in workshop techniques.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury jewellery manufacturing or high‑end bench work.
• Formal training or certification in jewellery making or goldsmithing.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision craftsmanship.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into outstanding final pieces.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in a luxury brand environment is highly desirable.
• Pearl experience is a plus, but not essential as training will be provided.
