About the Role:As a Child Contact Worker, you will facilitate supervised visits and changeovers between children and their parents in a safe, supportive environment. This role is key to ensuring positive outcomes for children while supporting families to move towards independent arrangements where possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supervising and facilitating child contact visits and changeovers
  • Supporting children’s emotional and physical safety at all times
  • Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate case notes, records, and reports
  • Liaising with legal representatives and other professionals
  • Contributing to court reports and documentation where required
About You:
  • Qualification or experience in Community Services, Social Work, or related field
  • Must have Victorian Working with Children Check
  • Current Police Check – Or willing to obtain
  • Experience working with children and families (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Understanding of family violence, risk assessment, and child safety
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
This is a casual opportunity located in Swan Hill, Victoria that may include work outside of standard hours.
