  • Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, legislation and industrial instruments to ensure best practice outcomes.
  • Partner with the People and Culture team to deliver initiatives, training and tools that enhance leadership capability.
  • About you

You’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience managing complex IR/ER matters in a not-for-profit or similarly complex organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge in employment legislation, industrial instruments, and ER/IR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.
