• Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobiles and core business applications (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Netsuite ERP system).
• Configure and deploy computer hardware in line with Liberty's Standard Operating Environment.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth transitions and secure access.
• Maintain Active Directory and O365 user access and security settings.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in person via phone and through the service desk system ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate asset registers documentation and user manuals.
• Participate in system maintenance patching and security monitoring.
• Contribute to IT projects system upgrades and process improvement initiatives.

You're someone who thrives on solving problems and helping people. You have a passion for technology and take pride in providing excellent service. You bring:

• Formal training or qualifications in IT, computer studies or a related field.
• Solid technical knowledge of computers, networks and business applications and Support Desk experience.
• Experience in Netsuite and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• The ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A team‑focused mindset with a drive for continual improvement.
• Experience with Intune Defender 365 and Shepherd CMMS will be highly regarded.
