Job Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Home Delivery Drivers / Home-Based Dispatch Associates to support our growing logistics and fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for individuals who can securely receive customer orders, professionally repackage items, and ensure timely dispatch to end customers using approved courier and postal services. You will act as a critical link between our suppliers and our customers, ensuring accuracy, care, confidentiality, and prompt delivery at every stage of the fulfilment process. Key Responsibilities Package Receiving & Handling Receive customer-ordered packages at your registered home address. Inspect incoming packages for visible damage or discrepancies upon receipt. Confirm package contents against delivery instructions and system records. Maintain a clean, secure, and organized workspace suitable for handling customer goods. Repackaging & Fulfilment Carefully repackage items using approved materials to ensure product safety and presentation. Consolidate multiple items into a single shipment where required. Remove unnecessary packaging while maintaining product integrity. Label packages accurately with customer details, tracking numbers, and shipping documentation. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination Arrange outgoing shipments using approved postal or courier services. Drop off packages at designated courier locations or schedule pickups where applicable. Ensure all parcels are dispatched within agreed timelines. Upload tracking details and proof of dispatch into the company system. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate delivery logs and shipment records. Report delays, damages, missing items, or exceptions immediately.
