We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Services Attendant to join our dynamic team on a Casual basis.

The successful candidate will be required to assist in various areas of the restaurant, having a hands‑on approach in front‑of‑house operations.

Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of duties and responsibilities including:

• Working with the kitchen team to ensure a high standard of service is provided within the restaurant to residents and guests
• Taking restaurant bookings and orders
• Recommending dishes and delivering food
• Preparation and setting up for meal service
• Assisting with meal & beverage service
• Basic plating of meals
• Responding to resident enquiries
• Cleaning and washing up of dishes and cutlery
• Accepting payments
• Assisting kitchen staff as needed
• Ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.

You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, with specific experience working within the food and beverage space. The successful candidate will also require the following:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Be extremely well presented and reliable
• Have a friendly and customer‑focused approach, with a can‑do and proactive attitude
• To have a passion for resident engagement, with the ability to exceed customer expectations
• To have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtain
• Have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, or be willing to obtain
• Barista skills, ideal but not essential
