The SHE Manager - Australia leads the development and execution of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) strategies across the organization. This role manages a team of SHE specialists, drives compliance with regulatory standards, and champions sustainability and wellbeing initiatives. Acting as a key influencer, this role partners with senior leaders and external stakeholders to embed SHE excellence into business operations and culture.

• Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
• Manage team members and coordinate their activities to ensure effective delivery of SHE programs.
• Guide and coach leaders on integrating safety leadership into business priorities and decision-making.
• Act as a role model for safety and compliance, setting high standards for operational practices.
• Ensure the organization meets all health and safety regulations and standards, including local, state, and federal requirements.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure their integration into business operations.
• Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, including incident trends, audit results, and sustainability KPIs.
• Regular travel out to sites nationally to engage and partner closely with the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, engineering, or related discipline (required).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in SHE roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in managing compliance programs, audits, and risk management in complex operational environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading sustainability initiatives and wellbeing strategies.
• Experience in coaching senior leaders and influencing organizational safety culture.
