Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company's services, increase brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, conducting market research, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives. A minimum of one year experience as a Marketing Specialist is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Research construction industry trends, competitors, customer needs and market opportunities. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s building and construction services. • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and the company website. • Prepare marketing content, brochures, project profiles, capability statements and promotional materials. • Manage the company’s brand and ensure consistent presentation across all marketing channels. • Analyse campaign results, website traffic, enquiries and conversion rates. • Identify target markets and develop lead-generation strategies for residential and commercial projects. • Advise management on service positioning, pricing, promotions and business-growth opportunities. • Coordinate with designers, photographers, advertising agencies and other service providers. • Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for management. • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, Australian Consumer Law, advertising standards, and industry regulations while operating within approved marketing budgets. • Continuously identify innovative marketing opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer engagement strategies to support the long-term growth and competitive position of VE Build Homes. Skills and Qualifications Required • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • At least one year of relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising. • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
