We are committed to high retail standards, strong team culture, and continuous business improvement. We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store.
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for staff management, sales performance, inventory control, customer service standards, and overall store profitability.
Job duties:
Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant retail performance.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet business targets.
Oversee sales performance, merchandising standards, and promotional execution in line with IGA guidelines.
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, wastage control, and supplier coordination.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, margins, labour costs, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health & safety, and company policies.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Implement strategies to improve store presentation, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
Selection Criteria:
A qualification in Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year's full-time relevant experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
