We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Underground Truck Driver/Nipper to join our team. This position requires a skilled operator who can confidently run haul trucks while also providing hands‑on support to underground operations as a Nipper when needed. About HillgroveHillgrove Resources (ASX:HGO) is a growing Australian copper producer based in the Adelaide Hills, just 55km from the Adelaide CBD. About the RoleThe Underground Truck Driver/Nipper is an essential part of the underground mining team, responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of ore, waste, and materials. This position supports production outcomes and requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a safety‑first environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced underground operator with strong haul truck skills and a proven commitment to safety. You follow site procedures, work confidently in fast‑paced mining environments, and maintain a high standard of equipment care. To succeed in this role, you’ll be adaptable and ready to step into Nipper duties whenever required, supporting both production and underground logistics. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and bring a positive, team‑focused attitude to every shift.
