This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Telecommunications Supervisor with a strong technical background in communications infrastructure and an understanding of rigging-related field environments. Statutory Supervisor (S26) certification is essential for this role.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Supervisor to oversee installation, construction and maintenance activities on rail telecommunications projects. You will lead on-site delivery, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, and ensure safe, compliant and high-quality execution of all telecomms works. This role requires excellent communication, strong technical capability and proven supervisory experience within telecommunications environments. This position operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster with 12-hour shifts, supporting major rail & mining operations across WA.
