Integral Private Wealth is seeking an exceptional Private Wealth Associate to support the Principal Adviser in a true private wealth environment. You will work directly alongside an adviser recognised nationally by Barron’s in The Australian and Financial Standard, supporting high net worth clients with complex and intellectually rewarding strategies.

This role offers direct involvement in all client meetings, exposure to sophisticated strategy development and the opportunity to build your capability within a respected and high performing practice. You will contribute meaningfully to the client experience and play a central role throughout the advice process.

• Attend all client meetings with the Principal Adviser and support preparation, note taking and follow‑up
• Request and coordinate client information from product providers
• Prepare accurate client summaries for advice preparation
• Conduct research across products, superannuation, investment options and retirement strategies
• Assist with technical analysis, calculations, projections and scenarios
• Manage the advice workflow from fact finding to completion
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
• Review draft Statements of Advice and Records of Advice to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with clients professionally and provide timely updates
• Support continual improvement of advice processes within IPW

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning or an associate adviser role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of superannuation, investments and financial planning concepts
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a structured and compliant environment
• A proactive and organised approach with strong professional standards
• A client‑centred style focused on quality, clarity and integrity
