Achieve Group are seeking hardworking, dedicated Landscape Team Members to join our crew. The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor work, has attention to detail, and can work efficiently in various weather conditions. Experience with irrigation systems and operating a 5-ton excavator is a essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal water efficiency.
  • Operate a 5-ton excavator for tasks such as digging, grading, and moving earth as part of landscaping projects.
  • Assist with the installation of hardscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.
