Townsville Grammar School is a co‑educational, non‑denominational school located in North Ward with campuses for Years 7‑12 and Pre‑Prep to Year 6 at Annandale and North Shore.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable OSHC Educators to join our team in delivering a high‑quality Outside School Hours Care program. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment that supports their development and wellbeing.
These are casual positions with hours available before and after school, with full‑day shifts during Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days. Positions are available at both our Annandale and North Shore campuses.
Key ResponsibilitiesTownsville Grammar School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, wellbeing and dignity of all children and young people. All staff are expected to uphold the School’s child‑safe values, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and comply with the School’s child‑safety policies and procedures. Appointment to this role is subject to appropriate child‑safety screening – including Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – where applicable, in line with legislative and regulatory requirements. The School adopts a rigorous and proactive approach to safeguarding and undertakes comprehensive pre‑employment screening to ensure suitability of all personnel. These processes include, but are not limited to, reference verification, identity confirmation, qualification validation, and professional registration checks.
