Warehouse Administrator

• Liaise with the Warehouse Supervisor on matters required for the effective operation of the warehouse
• Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and report as required
• Liaise with the Parts team to ensure delivery time frames are prioritized to meet customer deadlines
• Order Dispatch –consignment notes and scheduling of transportation
• Maintain an efficient and effective filing system
• Contribute to overall improvement of HSE in the workplace
• Identify and action continuous improvement opportunities.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong numeracy skills
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Initiative and self-drive
• Problem solving skills
