About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to The purpose of this role is to perform all duties associated with the accurate recording of patients meal orders and the production of necessary reports through utilisation of the CBORD menu system to ensure a quality meal service which meets the necessary dietary requirements within Qld Health guidelines.
About you
This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Healths values:

  • Work ethically with available resources and accountable to the Dietitian Team Leader Food Services for nutrition related matters
  • Work without direct supervision while performing face-to-face and phone-based menu orders, for all ward areas within the Prince Charles Hospitals campus in a patient-focused manner
  • Provide menu support via phone for patients and participate in a call centre environment, taking care to provide prompt and superior customer service.
  • Produce all reports required for the appropriate preparation areas, taking particular care of special diets.
