The Role

Grand Hyatt Melbourne is currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Clerk to join our busy Materials team.


Key duties of the role include:


    • Timely processing of invoices
    • Controlling par levels of stock
    • Investigation of month end variances in stock
    • Controlling of the receiving of deliveries

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
    • A keen interest in Finance or Accounting
