Your role

As an Administration Assistant at our Community Corrections Offices, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and reception services to internal and external clients. Your support will contribute to the delivery of quality services for the organisation and its stakeholders. Duties include handling non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, correspondence preparation, minute-taking, record maintenance, and assisting with meetings and events.


What you’ll do


To excel in this role, you will display integrity, be a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills and maintain confidentiality at all times. Your resilience, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be crucial.
