Are you passionate about delivering joy and smiles through delightful ice cream? Ben & Jerrys is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Scoopers to join our team at Bondi Beach!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in all aspects of scoop shop operations, including ice cream scooping, cash handling, baking, cleaning, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in training and orientation of new staff, maintaining our store’s high standards for operations, cleanliness, customer service, and compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Assist in stores daily routines, ensuring effective opening and closing procedures, accurate cash transactions, and adherence to cash handling policies.
  • Support the Store Manager in local community marketing efforts, aiming to spread joy beyond our store walls through donations, catering, and special events.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by practising safe work behaviours and assisting in inventory management and off-premise event staffing.
  • Embrace learning opportunities, mastering all products, flavours, and operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper product handling.
