Credentialing Officer

About the role
Administration of Medical and Dental applications to Metro North Health for Credentialing and Scope of Clinical Practice.
About you
This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Healths values:

• Provide high level confidential administrative support to Medical Services MNH, Senior and Visiting Medical Officers, Dental Officers and Specialists and other stakeholders in relation to Medical and Dental Credentialing.
• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of policies and legislation related to Medical and Dental Credentialing.
• Examine and analyse credentialing applications, identify issues, take further action as necessary and, monitor time frames to ensure all necessary actions/follow-up and responses are completed.
