What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will provide a high standard of customer service while answering calls and emails
• Liaison with all stakeholders from agents & distributors to customers & contractors is part of your role
• You will assist other functions by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activity
• Also, you will perform administrative tasks such as updating records, stock reconciliation and price adjustments
• Adjust scheduling for drivers when required
• Comply with Company Policy and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What makes you great

• Previous Customer Service and administrative / clerical experience is required for this role
• You have a high level of verbal and written communication
• Able to liaise and consult with internal and external clients and staff with a focus on customer service
• Further, you are able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
• Sound computing skills, particularly accurate data entry
• You have demonstrated initiative and organizational skills, and flexibility to work in a team environment and also autonomously
