Store Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Uniform Group Pty Ltd as a Store Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations in Cheltenham VIC. As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your retail management skills and make a tangible impact within a growing organisation.

What youll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store environment

• Analyse store data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Collaborate with the wider business to support regional and national initiatives

• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the store team

What were looking for

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the apparel industry but not essential.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiencies

• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and financial targets

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
