Sales Consultant - Showroom
Location: Perth, WAAbout the Company:We are looking for a candidate to be part of the opening of a new showroom in Perth this July! Their focus is on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. This company specialises in Spa pools, Saunas, Swim Spa, amongst others.Role Overview:They are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is pivotal as they establish their presence in Perth. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the new showroom.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Treat the business as your own, with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with the team.
- Handle administrative tasks related to orders and dispatch.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential.

- A flexible work schedule with Sundays and Mondays off (subject to change based on business needs).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in high-end furniture, bedding, or other technical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technology skills for managing leads and customer interactions.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
