About the Role

Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel the top of our sales funnel. Youll connect with decision-makers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and set discovery meetings that lead to new business.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your outreach powers growth. Youll learn from experts, work with leading tools like HubSpot, and gain exposure across multiple sectors.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Identify and qualify leads in property, construction, finance, legal, and tech

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn

  • Book discovery meetings for the sales team

  • Manage your pipeline using HubSpot CRM

  • Keep detailed records and follow-up activities

  • Support marketing and campaign efforts with follow-up

  • Hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets

What Were Looking For
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Coachable, proactive, and motivated by results

  • Comfortable with outbound activity and rejection

  • Prior SDR or sales experience a bonus but not essential

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or any CRM) is helpful
