Sales Customer Service

Global Welding Supplies | Mackay QLD | AU

In this role you will:

  • Assist with delivering GREAT service to new and existing customers, including handling enquiries, providing quotes, and offering product advice.

  • Assisting with internal/external  sales functions such as pricing and orders.

  • Collaborating with the external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and promote new and complementary products.

  • General warehouse duties including maintaining accurate stock levels.

  • Assisting with collections and deliveries.

  • Maintain a safe, clean and well organised work environment

About you:

  • Reliable and highly motivated with a positive ‘can do attitude

  • Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

  • A strong work ethic and able to meet strict deadlines 

  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Have a valid and current Drivers Licence.

  • Welding /Boilermaker experience or knowledge beneficial but not essential.
