About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant, to work in one of Sydneys best PMAs located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Mosman. 

About the role:

  • Liaise with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries

  • Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process

  • Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs

  • Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads

  • Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitors products

  • Assist customers with test drives

The successful candidate will need the following:

  • Full unrestricted work rights in Australia

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles

  • Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Be able to work in a team environment

  • An Australian drivers license
