Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Retail Site in Cataby Roadhouse in Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ordering, scheduling, training, supervising employees, store image, profits, all controllable expenses, labour, inventory, cash, and shortages. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with a large team to ensure the maximum productivity, sales targets are being achieved
  • Customer focused to ensure all our customer needs are meet. Internally and externally
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
  • Order and maintain stock availability
  • Manage the financial performance of the store
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a roster pattern
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team
  • Previous experience in the fuel/petroleum industry (preferable)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a retail environment (preferable)

You must be legally entitled to work in Australia to accept this position. You will be required to show proof of employability with a copy of your Australian visa advising of visa details and entitlements or Australian birth certificate. An Australian visa check will be completed on all successful candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
