Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned propertiesCoordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractorsConduct regular property inspections and address tenant concerns promptlyManage leasing activities, including tenant screenings and lease negotiationsEnsure compliance with local regulations and lease agreementsCultivate positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendorsQualifications:

Previous experience in property management or real estate preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulationsWhy Join Us?
