Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Overseeing a clean, local residential portfolio
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with efficiency
  • Completing routine inspections and detailed condition reports
  • Managing rental arrears
  • Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings when required

  • Valid VIC Agents Representative Certificate
  • A reliable car and current drivers licence
