Job Description

As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting rental property inspections on behalf of multiple real estate agencies. Using your own vehicle and an iPhone or iPad, you will complete inspections efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled property inspections across Sydney and surrounding areas
• Capture high-quality images and document property conditions
• Ensure inspections meet agency requirements
• Communicate professionally with property managers and tenants
• Work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (car or motorcycle)
• iPhone or iPad with a working camera and data plan
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel between inspections
• Experience as a Property Manager or Property Inspector is welcome
