The Role The Project and Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the communication and implementation of ECUs Curriculum Transformation Program. A primary focus of this position is supporting the Program Manager to deliver several critical and interrelated streams of work. The role will include analysis, planning, , monitoring, scheduling and communication to support the policy, people, support and technology changes which will be implemented over the next 3 -5 years. The position will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and will embody and champion the program outcomes while exemplifying ECUs core values: integrity, respect, courage, rational enquiry, and personal excellence. Key Criteria Proven ability to work autonomously to deliver specific outcomes Excellent attention to detail the ability to track and manage across a variety of areas including financials, risks, issues and dependency tracking. Experience developing, updating and managing a range of communication channels. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with stakeholders at multiple levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing structured support across a vast range of requests. Experience with process mapping and project management tools desirable (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Familiarity with one or more project/program management methodologies (such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, and MSP) Advanced Office 365 skills. Benefits & Remuneration This full time, fixed-term position attracts remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
