Our client is a strong leader within the pest control industry providing services to all sectors including consumer, health, education, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, building and construction. They pride themselves on the use of best practice global standards, the use of innovation to differentiate themselves in the market, which ultimately allows them to provide exciting career and training opportunities for their workforce.   Due to consistent growth across all their divisions, were on the hunt for a highly ambitious Pest Control Technicians to join their thriving team including Pre-Construction Technicians, General Pest qualified and Termite qualified technicians. 

As part of your role, you will be:

  • Providing high quality pest control services in a professional manner to clients
  • Communicate pest solutions to customers to solve their pest problems
  • Efficiently manage your assigned route through product and equipment inventory, customer records and effective communication with customers
  • Ensure enquiries and leads are actioned
  • Ensure all sites are compliant
  • Adhere to company, OHS policies and procedures
  What were looking for:
  • Pre-construction, General Pest and/or Termite qualified Technician
  • Were after a technician with ambition for career progression
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • A problem solver
  • Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Positive and customer focused attitude
  • Termite qualitied with pre-construction experience
  • Current drivers license
Benefits:
  • Pre-construction, General Pest & Termite Qualified Techs needed.
  • Up to $40 per hour (neg) + opportunity for overtime (OTE $90k+)
    1. Pre-construction Technicians $30-$40 per hour
    2. General Pest Technicians $30-$32 per hour
    3. Termite qualified Technicians approx $35 per hour
