About the Role

This role involves working on various interior and exterior residential projects throughout Sydney. Youll be part of a professional and friendly team, delivering top-tier finishes and service.

Work Hours: Immediate start

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

• Occasional Saturdays as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Residential interior and exterior painting

• Surface preparation including patching, sanding, and priming

• Precise finishing work: cutting-in, rolling, and detailing

• Occasional decorative work (feature walls, wallpapering)

• Keeping worksites clean, organised, and safe

• Communicating professionally with clients and team members

What Youll Need:

• At least 2 years experience in residential painting

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport

• Own painting tools (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills
