We are one of South East Queenslands leading Natural Area Management organisations, with over 25 years of experience delivering environmental restoration and management services. Our clients include Local and State Government, Utility Providers, Private Developers, Mining Operations, and Private Landholders.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our field teams in a range of roles - from Trainees through to experienced Team Leaders and Operators.

• Current Manual Drivers Licence and access to reliable transport

• Construction White Card

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to working safely

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team

• Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management (or willingness to obtain)

(Required for Team Leader roles)

• Prior industry experience in Natural Area Management

• Queensland ACDC Licence (Commercial Operators Licence)

• High-level native and weed plant ID skills (SE QLD region)

• Sound knowledge of ecological restoration principles and practices

• Experience in the safe use and handling of agricultural chemicals

• Chainsaw Level 1 certification (Level 2 highly regarded)
