Learning and Development Coordinator

Were partnering with our client in the public sector to find an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to support their Learning & Development (L&D) team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in a commercial industry environment, playing a key role in the coordination of training and compliance activities across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the annual training program
• Manage the training inbox and respond to internal queries
• Liaise with RTOs, facilitators, and external training providers
• Provide coordination support across the L&D branch
• Raise purchase orders and manage training-related financials
• Maintain the enterprise-wide skills matrix
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience in similar role
• Familiarity with coordinating training programs
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems is advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
