Implementation Manager

Description/Responsibilities• The Implementation Manager for the Companys Program, leads the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects across diverse business and technology teams. • Coordinates planning, execution, and governance, ensuring integration of change, risk, and communication strategies across stakeholders.• The role focuses on embedding project outcomes into business-as-usual through structured change management, benefit realisation, and post-implementation review.• Works closely with business leads, BAs, service owners, and vendors to deliver in both Agile and Waterfall environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity. • Success in this role demands adaptability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated banking environment.

Skills / Requirements• 5+ years Proven Implementation Manager related experience implementing Banking/Financial Services Software, Systems and Products• Supporting change and complex fast paced environment• Hands-on knowledge with Project, program and portfolio management methodologies, tools and processes• Managing small or medium projects (up to $1m) of low to medium complexity or managing a stream within a larger project or program• Preferably with at least 5 years in banking and financial services domain, like wealth management, superannuation, etc.• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Clarity or similar technologies
