What Youll Be Doing:
  • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Converting warm leads into new business opportunities by qualifying customer needs and building your sales pipeline
  • Guiding customers through every step of the process with confidence and care
  • Collaborating with senior sales colleagues to structure and close deals
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and targets
  • Maintaining detailed records and activity tracking in CRM systems
  • Delivering a five-star customer experience while confidently handling objections
Skills & Experience Desired:
  • Previous experience in sales or a call centre is ideal, but candidates from customer service, hospitality, or retail are strongly encouraged to apply, if youve got the drive to succeed in sales
  • Confident and charismatic communicator who loves people and thrives in conversation
  • A strong sense of drive and resilience, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and eager to learn and grow
  • Youve got a natural sales mindset - competitive, curious, and proactive
