About the role This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. As Group Finance Manager, youll own the groups financial reporting process, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and champion strong financial governance across the organisation. Youll lead and inspire a team of skilled accountants, drive improvements in financial controls and processes, and deliver insights that help shape strategic decisions.   • Lead the month-end close and group financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review complex journal entries, accruals, and adjustments across multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS and internal financial policies.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances promptly.
  • Manage internal controls and support external audits, including documentation and responses.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to enhance reporting and insights.
  • Lead and develop a team of financial accountants, fostering performance and growth.
  • Serve as a key contact for financial queries and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
  • CA / CPA Qualified
  • 5+ years finance experience across large finance functions
  • Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated to drive function improvement
  • Experienced in developing and mentoring team members
  • Healthcare industry experience beneficial
