Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are inviting tenacious, results driven, career oriented individuals to join our sales steam.

As a Business Development Representative, you will work very closely with the founders of the company and other sales team members in generating new business opportunities by qualifying inbound leads and creating pipeline for growing the business. Youll receive structured training on the Tax Effective Sales Process and ongoing coaching and support to ensure you absolutely thrive!

What youll do:

  • Make contact with and follow up new and existing enquiries and leads

  • Qualify and develop inbound sales leads

  • Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects

  • Accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM 

  • Work with the Founders and Business Development Managers to design industry-specific outbound efforts and define the best strategy to approach new leads

  • Schedule qualified meetings between the founders and potential customers

  • Responsible for the majority of the weekly and monthly pipeline generated for the business

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in an SDR / BDR / Related metrics-driven sales role

  • Experience qualifying leads and generating meetings and appointments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR / BDR 

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and telephone skills

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines

  • Self sufficient and open to learning, receiving feedback and following effective processes

  • Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well

  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Experience generating own leads and leveraging company data

  • Financial / accounting solutions / services experience

Salary & Commissions - OTE

Sincere uncapped earning potential - Minimum OTE: $110k - $146k OTE in first year - (Base + Comms combined)
