The Client: Our client is a highly regarded community-based organisation delivering essential safety, sporting, and educational services across the region. With a passionate membership and volunteer base, they play a critical role in public wellbeing and coastal engagement.
The Role: The General Manager - People & Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating the core operational functions of the club with a focus on rescue services, member engagement, volunteer management, compliance, governance support, and strategic planning.

- Passion for community service, sport, or not-for-profit organisations
- Experience in fundraising, sponsorship or grant funding
- Familiarity with public safety organisations or similar community bodies
