Field Service Technician

Inca Lifts is expanding and is now seeking a Field Service and Sales Technician to join our Victorian team.

Inca Lifts is an Australian owned and operated heavy vehicle hoist supplier and service provider that has been in operation since 2010.

We have a small, and growing, but dedicated team and reap the benefits of being an established business whilst enjoying the supportive tight knit team and benefits of a small business.

The Role:

The role is a varied one being a combination of service work and sales.

Key responsibilities and duties include but not limited to;

• Servicing, repairs and inspections of Mobile Lifting Columns/Hoists and other products
• Breakdown diagnostics and repairs of Mobile Lifting Columns/Hoists and other products
• Remote troubleshooting and client support
• Client contact (onsite and remote) and relationship management
• Sales and promotion of Inca products and services
• Installation, commissioning and training on our products

Travel within your home state and nationally will be required.

Currently the service and repair aspect of the job occupies between ⅓* to ½* of a standard work day allowing for significant opportunities for selling to increase your income.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will know have a basic level of mechanical understanding and will ideally possess the following:

• Technical, Diagnostic and repair skills
• Good customer service attributes
• C class licence

Desirable attributes are as follows but not essential:

• Electrical, technician or mechanical qualifications and/or experience
• Forklift licence

Full training is provided for this role as well as ongoing support.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
